Anh Tuan Nguyen (left), mathematician, fleed the Vietnam war in 1978 and Anita Dadic fleed from the Yugoslavia war in the 1990s when she was 14 years young.
Otfrid Pustejovsky (left side): The wooden crates held the Pustejovsky family’s few permitted belongings, limited to 50 kg per person and excluding valuables. They symbolize what the family was able to save and carry with them during their forced expulsion in 1946.
